This is a National Leadership Conference conducted annually by AIESEC in Tanzania. It is the Largest international Conference hosted by AIESEC in Tanzania. The main objective is to provide leadership capacity building space for the young people in Tanzania so as to gain leadership skills needed for personal development and social transformation.
The four days prestigious conference is attended by local and international youths who are empowered with valuable skills and qualities needed to have a positive impact in the society and different cross cutting issues.
This year's Achievers Conference will take place in Zanzibar from 23rd-27th of March at ABLA BEARCH APPARTMRNTS.
