Career fair is an annual event organized by AIESEC in Tanzania that seeks to bring employers(companies) and prospective employees(students and graduates) together through an informal but interactive gathering. Through this event a large number of companies are brought together in one location where students get to explore their career options as well as use this platform to develop competencies needed in the increasingly competitive globalized world. This event has proved to be a great success for 20 now years, consistently benefitting both students and companies. Career fair has proved to be one of the most important platform for companies to position themselves; brand-wise and also as recruiters withing 6 regions physically and country wise online.

This year event includes 2 weeks of pre career fair (CV writing competition), company presentations, skill workshops, speed interviews exhibitions, trainings and the first ever youth innovation challenge. In addition. This event will include top Recruiters, agencies and companies interacting with students.
