This is a National Recruitment process of attracting, assessing, selecting and onboarding new members to the organization. Where the process will be accompanied by several sales, Info desks, digital and physical marketing campaign in 5 different regions and finally an induction conference which is a Leadership training conference conducted annually by AIESEC in Tanzania. The main objective is introducing new members to the organization and preparing old members to take new roles.
The induction Seminar give new and old member overview of the current national team, the product awareness as well as general knowledge about current cooperate world need since they are responsible to execute all national product at highest level in their respective Universities and regions.
My Skill-Up Conference experience was really transformative as I was a new member in AIESEC, I was able to acquire new knowledge, gained confidence and made a new family.
I have learned different things in the Skill-Up Conference, first and the most important
is team building in order to reach goals or objectives,
Second is getting more knowledgable and understand about leadership skills and how they
can be applied in real life.
It has been the first amazing experience that I experienced in Skill-Up Conference
I learnt different skills like leadership, team bonding, I managed to know my purpose and who really
I am. I proudly wanna say AIESEC is a home I never wanna leave.
